Ultimate Smart Bed – Returns

We offer a 14 day returns policy on the Ultimate Smart Bed. During this time if you decide the Ultimate Smart Bed is not for you then please contact us at info@ultimatesmartbed.com and we can arrange for a collection and a refund. Please note that this does not apply to Custom Orders.

The bed must be in good condition (not broken, marked, misused or soiled in any way) on return. We reserve the right to refuse goods which are not in a suitable condition, or to offer a reduced refund.

Bed returns, and bed with mattress returns, are subject to an administration charge of $90 to cover some of the costs of return.

We will arrange the deconstruction and collection of the bed. A collection must be arranged and executed within 14 days from your notification of cancellation. Collections are only valid from the original delivery address unless we agree to waiver this condition.

Refund Information

Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order within 5 days from collection of the returned item. If you used a debit card you’ll receive the money into your bank account within 3 working days. Paypal account payments can take up to 5 working days.

Credit cards can sometimes take a bit longer, you’ll be able to see the money in your account within 7 working days.

Please note that there is a 2.9% nonrefundable processing fee established by our third-party credit/debit card processor, to cover the credit/debit card transaction fees assessed by credit/debit card companies.
